Nzb based newsfile downloading does not use article numbers at all, but instead requests the particular article from the newsserver using it's message-id (a string). The reason for this is that the message-id is global across all newsservers, but the article number is local to the particular newsserver. So this is not an issue for ninan (or I suspect other nzb based downloaders) |
